Hi Steve,

Not really a question but wanted to pass on some good feedback!

My dad took his mate to the Chelsea match who is getting towards the latter stages of motor neurone disease and wanted to take in one last match, he wanted me to pass on his thanks to everyone involved in helping him enjoy the day so much!

The lady in the box office was so helpful, she rung dad back about 4 times trying to sort out the best possible option for him, making it as easy as possible with the wheelchair etc.
The stewards at the game were also brilliant, so helpful with everything, getting to the disabled are, toilets etc.

He had a great day all round and that's in no small part down to everyone at palace!

Please pass on our gratitude to everyone!

That's great to hear.

The lady in the box office will have been Pam who looks after our disabled supporters very well.

Whilst on the subject, would like to pass on compliments to China in the box office, who has been absolutely brilliant in helping sort out my Everton ticket situation.

We dropped a letter in with some returns for a refund but I'd given account rather than card number for the refund.

However she explained this to my brother who dropped it and then said she'd call me in the week. She did call and left a voice mail. I couldn't get through when I range back so I emailed and she called me again but was with a client! So I asked her if she could call back in 10 minutes (not realising the time was already 6pm); she very helpfully said no problem and then called me back when I was free.
Exceptionally patient (I was losing patience with myself so god knows how she felt), she took the time to help with the refund and sort out confusion over the fact I had a new bank card delivered since I ordered the tickets and took the time to check my brother's, Dad's and my loyalty points and was just generally helpful and professional.

Well done China.

Yes, it's the same Pam. I remember buying tickets from her many years ago
