I can't seem to find my Cardiff ticket, and I will continue looking but if I can not find it what do I need to do?

I play at magdalen tennis on Friday's and I always see you playing, would appreciate it if you could help me! Thanks

Hi Charlie, so you are the lad in the Palace shirt in Mike's group?

What you will have to do is call the Palace box office in the morning with your client ref number and ask if Cardiff offer a duplicate ticket service.

If they dont then maybe someone at the turnstiles will have a spare ticket.

Yep that's me!

Oh, I don't know if it's worth making the trip if they don't do a duplicate ticket service?

Thanks

Help the poor sod, he plays at your tennis club and proudly displays hid colours!!!

Just had a pint with Andy Street. He currently has a spare ticket.

If you dont get good news from the box office in the morning I think you'll be Ok. Maybe I can get my mate Vincent to smuggle you in. Do you know your seat number?

Do you keep football stuff tickets / programmes etc in a certain place? Or try and re trace your steps ( memory wise)when you got home with ticket. Good luck:p.

Good Morning Charlie. If you still cant find your ticket, phone the CP box office and ask Daniel to put you on the "Duplication List" which he will email to Cardiff's box office so that they can give you a new tickets.

You need to quote your client ref no and or the seat number. All seats are logged to client ref numbers.

Did this have a happy ending after all? There was an empty seat next to me, hopefully not the OP's.

If you get a few stray tennis balls aimed at you , I'd say it didn't work out ;)

I was sat near the Cardiff fans near the Grange end of the ground. Several people came in looking for their seats and because of the aisle the seat numbers went......

119,120, 121, aisle, 125, 126, 127...... However some people has tickets 123 and 124 both in my row and the row in front. The two from my row went to see a steward and never returned, the 2 in front just "seat shared".

Not your problem but how does that happen?!

I don't know, you'd think it was impossible.

Would love to know if this worked out well as I'm having a minor panic that I can't find my Everton tickets from the original now! I will ring the box office if I can't find them soon but do you know if Everton will do duplicate tickets?

Charlie was quick to ask for help but it seems he's disappeared off the face of the BBS since then. I hope that he made it to the game and enjoyed it.

Maybe he was looking down the couch for the ticket and fell in. In fact he may still be there, nurishing himself on buscuit crumbs.......

I once found a biscuit down the back of my couch but I didn't celebrate as it was my old club.
