Now we're an established Prem team :D
Have you any info on where possibilities could be for Summer friendlies ?

Was great weekend out last season Dublin/Waterford

Would love Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal where ever we are like to know ASAP to book routes hotels etc. surely we're a bigger game now to foreign clubs .
Practice for our eventual European tour :D:lux:

Not at home because, assuming we are up, under soil heating has to be installed.

Nothing is decided yet but the USA has been mooted.

As an American supporter I would be all for some games in America!

I'm sure the directors have already thought about this but with this being the first year of full Premiership coverage in America there is a lot of opportunity for growth there particularly with the appealing Palace culture and football we are playing right now. An American tour might help cement some newly made fans this season!

Yes glad we're having under soil heating put in great infrastructure to us the club.

USA if so will go if I can. To make it as affordable to as many as possible. Be good to have some dates, places, time to book flights hotels etc as soon as anyone knows.
I know we haven't even finished the season yet :D
But if it's the US gonna be couple of grand at least

What about coming over to Deportivo La Coruņa. It's easy to get to, flights from Heathrow to La Coruņa or to Santiago de Compostela. The team's getting promoted to La Primera this year & I've been spreading the Palace word here for years. I'm sure that the Depor would be interested too, their usual choices of South American clubs don't generate alot of interest withe the fans, but European clubs do.

Whatever TP decides is cool with me best manager we've ever had and I'm talking about going home and away for over 30 yrs :lux::lux: although SC always has a place in my heart. With TP in charge and the owners, fans, players all pulling in same direction this is our time . The sleeping Giant has awoken :)

Would be great if we can do a European trip so we can all go to reward our Fantastic support and something that's affordable to most and get a taste of what's to come over the next few years. Anywhere Spain, Greece, Germany,France would be fantastic .
Please
Thanks for all what you guys have done from the heart.

The Football League season starts on the weekend of 9th August, whilst the Premier League kicks off on the weekend of 16th August.

Therefore on the weekend of 9th August at the very least, Palace will need to find an overseas team to play (possibly including someone like Waterford last year), as all the English teams will be busy.

PS - Quite happy for this discussion to move to the travel and fixtures forum, where there isn't a 'Pre Season games' thread yet.

Good shout Barbara, I have a foot in both camps and have since the ice age. There's something of a renaissance down at the Hamlet, on the pitch with Gavin Rose's team and off it with the Rabble, the most vibrant, and loud of all non-league football. I hope a fixture can be arranged.
