Steve,
Are there any planned changes to the food on offer next season and are there any lessons learned from your first season of taking catering back in house?

There is always room for improvement but it seems that people certainly think that it has got a lot better since it was taken back in house.

It has got a lot better, my son likes the pizza's and I enjoy the pies but the burgers and hot dogs aren't good in my view because the buns on then go rock hard in the way they are stored, they never use to be.

I was thinking things like thai noodles which gave a high profit margin, easy to prepare and are really tasty and warming in the colder months

you're on a hiding to nothing with the shape and size of the Arthur Wait facilities but the food has been drastically improved this year, pie/burger and ale is a usual part of the matchday experience. Before I would very rarely indulge.

Something like Thai noodles or a curry and rice options would be v popular. If not inside the ground, how about in the fan zone?

Any chance of an onion option for the sausage baguettes and burgers? Uncooked would be great but cooked an improvement.

They sell curry and rice in Crystals before the game and it doesn't seem to be very popular (or look very appetising)

Can we have wine more widely available in the ground please? Most importantly in the family stand. I don't like beer :-(

The balti ones are awesome. Just wish they didn't run out so quickly at half time... hint, hint

The Angus burgers are dry & rank, the quality has improved but we need to buck the trend for burgers & hotdogs (at Fulham there was a bloke walking about at half time selling them from his "box" (bit like the ice creams you used to get at the pictures)) lets go in a different direction by doing Hog roast & as mentioned Noodles etc, be daring.
Only ever had 1 pie, twas nice (chicken balti) because they had run out of all the others by half time!!

Food both range and quality is much better this year but they still run out of beer all the time in the Whitehorse. At the Liverpool game they actually ran out of all beer before half time, any chance that they can be better stocked next year Steve?

Cause and effect? It's not what you sell, it's how you sell it and very much what it looks like.
