Hi Steve

As the club takes back more control of its own affairs, such as catering and cob shop operations, would you agree that it would send a great signal to other clubs to pay not just the minimum wage but the London living wage, and to avoid the use of zero hour contracts? I believe only Man City did this last year. Be interested to hear your views.

Sorry but this is not something that I am involved with. I don't deal with staff contracts and wages.
