As much as I enjoy having a pop at our weed friends, I consider that post a nice bit of rewriting history. Can you explain the damage Hughton had done because I am unaware of this. I remember the football world was up in arms about the sacking of Hughton at the time and it was something that always puzzled me. Hughton had a 59.38 win percentage at Newcastle and this was a reason fans held a protest about his sacking.

Perhaps you know the real reason.

We could have done a lot worse. Why people wanted Sherwood was beyond me, another manager with zero experience of The Championship.

Anyway, time will tell but I feel a bit more confident of avoiding relegation now than I did a few weeks back.
