Alright lads, I normally bet with bet365, just because of the bet in play feature and Ray Winstone, but the odds always seem to be worse than everywhere else.

So, which company give you the best return for your punt? I can only bet online at the moment, and not on my phone, so would that change who's the best?

is it best to have accounts with multiple companies then?

The companies that don't do BOG tend to have slightly better prices than those that do. No one company is always the best though - you have to shop around - use Oddschecker for comparisons.

There's no simple answer to that. Best thing is

1. Check the odds for the events you are interested in (oddsportal, oddschecker etc)

2. Open accounts with the best ones

3. When you bet, choose the best odds

I have Skybet and Ladbrokes. Odds are usually similar but I look out for the offers.

Betfair. The bigger the price the bigger the return on betfair, 8/1 typically returning 11/1, though I've had a couple of 10/1 shots return 22/1 and above on Betfair SP. If you are backing winners consistently, then your returns will be significantly higher, if you bet a lot of each way horses, the place returns do tend to be less, so bear that in mind.

I use http://www.kickoff.co.uk/acca-smacker/

Put in your accumulator and it'll give you the best returns bottom right. More user friendly than Oddschecker imo.

Betfair.
I find I can often find a bookie offering better odds (esp when you take Betfair 5% commission into account).
