I believe Billy Graham held a rally one time, and also the Jehovahs Witnesses, as my mum was baptised there I believe in the late 60's, any one any idea how many years they held these at SP?

Billy Graham certainly did hold events in stadiums such as Wembley and White City, but a quick google hasn't found evidence that he went to Selhurst Park.

Others may know more.

The BBS is a font of knowledge.

(Not always wisdom, but plenty of knowledge!)

Strange but true. Pope John Paul II visited Crystal Palace Park in 1982, just before Alan Mullery became Palace's manager.

Club Chaplain Chris Roe has organised some religious meetings/gatherings at Selhurst Park, one of which I think was held in a marquee on the pitch around the time of The Player of the Year 'do'. Last 9th December there was The Silent Night of World War One
using the Holmesdale Stand and a stage facing it.

There was a big prayer group in the corner of the AW in April '14 who started proceedings at around 9.25pm. Very emotional to see so many looking to Heaven.

The Jehovah's Witness convention was cancelled when no one from the club would open the gates

I'm sure me and Jack Regan attended a religious convention just before the start of 74-75 season hosted by some Amwerican guy called Mel Banks or something.
We only went along to see the pitch.

I have certainly prayed a fair few times when watching at Selhurst.
