I've had a bit of a nightmare.
So i had an account under my name with 380points - with no membership for 15-16.
Lost the details so made a new account to get a membership online, for the fa cup semi final .Unfortunately the loyalty points didn't transfer.
I only have 10loyalty points. Even though i should have 390points if i didnt cock up.

Any chance of reviving those points, and transferring them onto my new account?

Want some chance of getting tickets tommorow...

Would be grateful for some help here..

Frustrating as i have accumulated enough loyalty points but cant prove it to ticketmaster at 9:00 tomorrow morning.

Email tonight and then ring the box office tomorrow (will be a long queue so leave plenty of time)
Heard that twitter has worked well for some but not an expert on that

I suggest you contact the box office in the morning, doubt anyone on here can actually do anything practical

As others have said you will just need to get onto the club first thing and hope for the best. If you are able to get down there in person to discuss it, they might deal with it quicker. Good luck anyway.

completely agree... literally sent the email more in hope than desperation expecting a reply somepoint tommorow afternoon, got one the minute after:p

You are welcome - funnily enough I had a problem this morning as the SEE system didn't recognise my son's membership ID; sent a mail and got an almost instant reply asking me to retry in 20 minutes, and sure enough tickets are now booked - top performance from the box office, hope the team match it on the day!
