Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the Three Tuns has been a pizza "restaurant" for many years now. If you start at Beckenham Junction, there are at least 7 pubs (varying quality) before finishing at the Bricklayers at the Regal roundabout.

Isn't it closer to Elmers End than Beckenham?

Nearest station is Eden Park and pub is the Eden Park Hotel. Pubs in West Wickham are nearer than Beckenham.

EPH - My Sunday lunchtime drinking hole in the old 12 til 2 days. Used to wait outside with my brother then bolt as many Tennants Extra down the neck until closing.

Back to my mums for Sunday lunch.

Best pub in Beckenham, Jolly Woodman, is a little out of the way.

Club XI for this one again. Good crowd last year.

Correct, but non Beckenhammers can get train/tram to Beck Junction, walk to Jolly Woodman, then get the 367 to a five minute walk from ground.

Been a few years since I made a Beckenham Town friendly so will try to make this one.

Just giving this a little bump. Unfortunately half of the regular mid-week attending Palace hardcore are so hardcore that they will be in the States. But there will be a few of us.

Please head along to this. Lovely club run by good people, very welcoming, and the money from a good turnout is invaluable to a club like Becks.

I'll be the one with Palace colours and a Becks Town scarf

For Palace? I'd expect so. Club XI's often throw up a surprise or two.

For Becks Town - I doubt it! :D Just FYI, the entire squad (bar two) left over the previous Summer and I expect roughly the same for this summer. Becks do have a useful attacking midfielder in Jamie Humphries, but not sure if he's still at the club.

That much said. Gary Borrowdale did play against Becks last season and Ashley Paul-Robinson played for Town a couple of times.

It's an U21 game which will have some U18s involved as well. So it depends. I would expect Jake Gray and Luke Dreher to play.

It was shit for years though. Toby at Eden Park (old EPH) is okay. Plenty of room outside. Beers okay. Bar snacks are good. Have a bowl of roast potatoes and cheese for about 1.30p. Might be a bit over your budget though..

1.3p is fine for me.....certainly shoving a load of flats onto the site, shame about the lads losing their car wash business.

Anyway, hope there is a good walk up crowd tonight.

Yeah, really not a biggie. I was very well oiled, clearly someone saw an easy target. Literally bundled over and kicked once, maybe twice. Didn't even see who/how many. With my gob I've had, deservedly, far bigger slaps in the past!
