Usually for the second round it is seeded. We will know for certain who is seeded tomorrow but most Championship teams will be.

Therefore we can't play Brighton but could play Charlton or Millwall.

Round 2 is usually regional too, that said we could get Plymouth, so no guarantee it'd be local

I want a ground I've not been to so away to:

Northampton
Oxford
Carlisle!!!
Stevenage
MKD
Rochdale
Morecombe
Shrewsbury
Accrington (won 11-10 on pens!!!)

Possibles

Burton
Fleetwood

This is the most chance I've had in years!!!

It won't affect Palace, as both Palace and Liverpool are seeded so cannot draw each other, however Liverpool have been given special dispensation that if they are drawn at home in Round 2, that they can switch the tie so that they are away, because their Main Stand won't be ready in time (presume it contains the dressing rooms, press facilities, tv gantry etc, so the ground cannot function properly until it is open)

Does anyone have a list of the seeded/unseeded teams?

Edit - I see it is 13 prem teams, Norwich and Newcastle, plus 10 winners from round 1. To me that will be the following:

Will be 10 taken from the following, depending on tonights/tomorrows results.

Brighton
Derby
Forest
Fulham
Blackburn
Reading
Wolves
Bristol City
QPR
Villa
Leeds
Cardiff

We owe them one for that horror show at Bloomfield Road under Holloway in our promotion season.

They went down to 10 men just before half-time and we still managed to lose 1-0 in their sandpit. We were absolutely abysmal. I still have no idea how we turned it around and went up.

Nice easy trip for Blackpool fans on a weeknight.

Can't see too many of them travelling, especially in light of their stay away protest vs Bolton in the first round.

Can't see much Palace up for this either, will only be on the right side of 10k if tickets priced sensibly.

Pretty uninspiring draw but at least it's a good chance to progress to the next round.

Bit like what Coventry did during their dispute, they're travelling away instead, to avoid giving Oyston their money.

I suggest some public support for the Blackpool Supporter's Trust during the game. Oyston et al are what is wrong with modern football, they've destroyed the club.

I think that we may play Jules in goal to let him pass Jacksons record in this game. Clearly what Steve P would like to see (echoed by Pardew). Although he is fast becoming a shadow of the player he once was this is probably the only game we could do it in without the risk of defeat as long as defence played is good enough in front of him. Then hopefully Jules can take another role in the club and we can get a young no 3. Will get the crowds out as well.

No chance. Took both my boys to the game last year against Shrewsbury in the 2nd round. It was definitely 10 per adult and 5 per child. Think they should do kids for free again as they did with the Valencia game, should get 10-12k if they do and should be an enjoyable evenings entertainment. Although hope it doesn't go to extra time like the Shrews game did....my youngest could barely keep his eyes open!
