19:45 kick-off I assume? Because that will make it really difficult for those travelling from the Horsham area. Last train that way is 20:11 and after that you have to go via Clapham Junction with the last one 22:00.

Going on sale tomorrow.

Prices:
Adults - 12
Seniors (65+) - 10
Juniors (U16) - 5

Starting at 2000 points again for some reason. Does seem unnecessary when it's unlikely to sell out.

Seems a pretty strange phasing for a league cup game can only assume it means we have a small allocation?

Good to see clubs are continuing with cheap prices for cup games.

Fair play to Southampton , the pricing policy they have for cup games is something all EPL clubs (including ours) should be looking at.

Fair play to BOTH clubs as both clubs agree cup pricing.

Do we think we will sell out our allocation?

Depends what our allocation is for prem game we get about 3000 tickets when we played there mid week couple of seasons back we didnt sell out was quite a few empty seats around.a mate who works in Southampton and goes odd games says they usually get poor crowds in league cup so can see low attendance

I assume they are holding a lot of tickets back at the moment because only blocks 47/48 are being shown online. Assume 46/5 won't be released unless we sellout blocks 47/48?

Silly question of the day. Are there still tickets available for this?
Ignore this post ... I've sorted myself out.

ridiculous restrictions on recent away tickets. does the club actually want any travelling support this season?

Very different when it is an evening game in midweek to a cup game on a Saturday. I'm waiting till we draw them in the FA cup in a couple of months.....

I reckon we'll take around 1000. A quick check online suggests that we've sold blocks 47 and (small ones in the corner) and have sold the majority of 46. Anyone in 44/45? If not, that'll be little more than 1000 at this stage.

Bought 2 tix online for s'ton next weds for me and the nipper via the "quick tickets" Option. I couldn't change the order to get the concession price for him. Anyone else have this problem?

Bought 2 tix online for s'ton next weds for me and the nipper via the "quick tickets" Option. I couldn't change the order to get the concession price for him. Anyone else have this problem? It's a known limitation of the system, unfortunately - you can't change the age bracket for away tickets even when buying for guests. If your son had his own client reference and was registered on the system as a child, then it might have let you buy a child ticket against his reference.

If you speak to the box office and explain the situation, they might be able to refund the difference.

I'll rephrase that. Has anybody ever parked their car at Romsey station and then taken the train in to Southampon central?

Subject to times of trains, by the time you have walked to Central after match and got the train and got train you could have driven to Romsey

Block 45 not opened yet. About 200 to go in block 46, according to the box office after today's match.

May well be Palace don't open up block 45, but it becomes available on the night only.

The club wont even let non members buy. They would prefer a half empty away end.

On that note, does anyone know if it's possible to get points added for the tickets if you provide proof of purchase? I did speak to somebody in the box office but he pretty useless. He said it wasn't possible. Then he checked with a colleague and said they would automatically be added, then he said to get a receipt and send it to the club and they then decide at their discretion.

Think there's live com on bbc radio london

Why is it that radio london have content that can only be listened to over normal FM radio. They really do some odd stuff (presumably in this instance due to some kind of licensing agreement?).

BBC london news not being in HD is a total disgrace for a modern organisation.

About as helpful as taking the tickets off-sale on Tuesday 12pm and answering my email (asking if they were going to be 'collect from Soton') at 2pm. :grrr:

Then saying, 'oh you'll be able to buy at Soton; tickets will be available from 12pm@. So tickets arrived from Palace at 7pm and me and several hundred people waited outside and missed the first 17 minutes, plus paid for the priviledge as Soton put up the prices by 2 each on the day.

Shambles :wallbash:
