They're quite an intimidating side apparently. Very physical.

They're often called Dirty Limerick.

Bray are so unpredictable. Covered matches where they have been awful, then the next match they are amazing. They do have a great kick-and-run merchant up front in Dylan Connolly.

When I moved here I took to Bohs, because they have great vocal support, but on the whole are pretty crap, and that reminded my of Palace!

I grew up supporting Bohemian FC, so as a young lad when it came to an English team, I was looking for the equivalent... I chose Palace.

90's comedian Sean Hughes is the only other Bohs/Palace fan I know of.

Not doing too well this season so far. Very up and down... mostly down. Lost a couple of good players over the break too in Kurtis Byrne and Roberto Lopes (who has gone to the scum).

I once watched Shamrock Rovers play Brazil in Dublin, people like our own Paddy Mulligan. It was a quickly put together united Ireland team that I think lost 4-3 - best atmosphere I have ever been a part of and that Brazil team would have torn any modern day team apart.

Was at Oriel Park last night, and although Dundalk weren't at their best, giving the ball away at lot more than I had seen in ages, they still played like they had no pressure on themselves.

Aye, years ago.

It was also the scene for an atrocity during the civil war when free state troops executed arrested men.

It is a stunning & imposing mountain though. I love looking at it when I'm up that way. I'd love to climb it too.

Everyone at work was happy to see Galway go, means not having to travel across the country for a match. And Finn Harps gone. Just annoyed Waterford came up. :D

Boys finished 5th in the end which was a great achievement considering their very limited resources.

I was in Terryland for the Dundalk game.

Never much hope for Galway, but very much a "Palace" performance:

took the lead, soon capitulated, concede two just before half time, fight back to three all in the 2nd half. Late push for the winner, caught on the break and concede in E.T.

Otherwise an enjoyable night and loved the club house bar.:)
