Mazzarri off at the end of the season now. No wonder he didn't bother to learn English.

Since December 2013 they've had Zola, Sannino, Garcia, McKinlay ,Jokanovic, Flores, Mazzarri and now whoever his replacement is.

Are their owners expecting them to be qualifying for the Champions League every season or what?

I fancied them to struggle next season even before this happened. I think Burnley will too.

It's a really odd policy to have a new manager each year even of they do well but it's hard to argue with the results. It seems to work for them every time.

Still risky though, one bad appointment and they'll have to make a panic change in January which is always a lottery.

Bizarre.

Next manager will be looking over his shoulder, particularly as they are going into the difficult 3rd season.

To be fair in the last five seasons we've had Holloway, Pulis, Warnock, Pardew and Allardyce....

Serie A policy in the Premier League. Italian clubs are known for their chopping and changing. They will probably end up with Guidolin or Iachini.

Burnley messed up all my relegation bets this year, had nailed the others to go down.

But if they lose M Keane this summer, next year is going to be pretty tough for them.

Their fans seem to hate Mazzarri and by accounts he isn't too popular with the players. In this instance it's perfectly fair to cut ties. He didn't exactly perform miracles this year, they could very easily finish 1 place above the relegation zone. He is't getting a raw deal

Listening to that crock of shit talksport on the way back from Beaconsfield and hearing Watford fans happy with what they're doing made me hope they go down next season.

Surely any manager looking at the chop and change policy would put them off going there?

Marco Silva in my eyes speaks well with a sensible head and will swerve that job. Same goes for Ranieri too. They'll appoint another inexperienced manager at this level and hopefully it'll be on season too many and they go down.

Not a case of if, he is definitely off. His stock is high at the moment, but if he stays and they struggle next year or gets injured, his chance could be gone. From their perspective they should get a pretty good fee for him.

Strange appointment in the first place, not speaking a word of the language you're working in is never a good idea. How can you relate to the supporters in that situation?

Watford's turn over of managers will implode on them at some point, you can't get lucky every time.

Do they have a Director of Football and these guys are Head Coaches or do the high command just have a short attention span?

I've never really minded Watford. The family feel of the place feels not a million miles away from ourselves and they consistently have kept bouncing back to the top flight over the last 40 years. As for the changing managers thing, it never really hurts Chelsea.

Maybe their owners are dreamers who believe a Leicester type miracle might be around the corner with the perfect formula!

Strange. I remember Holloway having a meltdown about their loan players that season and it transpired our starting eleven also contained the same about of loan players as they had...

Not sure what there isn't to like about the Watford ownership? Active investment in stadia/training ground/academy, brought EPL football, kept them up, as Southampton have proved, if the infrastructure of the club is correct than changing manager frequently isn't an issue.

The difference was we were limited to the number of loaned but watford had about 14 because they utilised a loophole regarding foreign clubs.

Watford are desperate to start a rivalry with us.

Anyone remember that bloke who wears a bee costume, running onto the pitch to goad Wilf?

They're so bitter they lost the Play Off Final and FA Cup Semi Final. We won both fair and square so it must be a case of sour grapes.

Watford and Charlton should be rivals. They could swap vegetables for footballs or whatever objects Charlton want to throw on the pitch.
