In that second link we're linked with yet another sick note forward in Rodriguez(sp) of saints :headbash:.

Not sure whether they just added that one in to beef the story up a bit.

I like the fact he can play in front of the back four. If Milivojevic gets injured, we have cover. Sounds like he's decent with his feet too.

Aye would be a cracking signing :p and would make up in a small way for missing out on Sakho.

Good to have a player than can cover two positions

Players that can competently play more than one position are a bit of a rare breed IMHO. Difference with someone 'doing a job' and being equally at home in either. no idea about this chap, just find the notion that you can sign one player to cover two positions with similar competence a bit fanciful realistically.

Would be a good start to the summers business.

Check your facts. he was stretchered off during a match against Manchester City after injuring his knee. Three days later, it was revealed that Rodriguez had ruptured an anterior cruciate ligament and would be out for eleven months. In his come back season he played in 16 matches and then 28 games against stiff opposition. That's hardly a player described as a "sick note" as until then he was fairly injury free.

Personally, I thing Jay Rodriguez would be a great signing, but it's Sam's opinion that matters, not yours and not mine.

Awful opinion - why would you care what our ex manager thinks?

He posted on instagram," How can I come to London and not visit Souare " and theres a picture of the two. Could have come for talks but now we don't have a bloody manager its impossible
