Does anytime know when City Away tickets will go on offer?

Only have 1600 loyalty points. Not sure if I will be able to get one and want to make plans if i can't attend.

Away tickets are typically on sale 5 weeks before the game (or thereabouts). First phase will probably be more points, but no way it'll sell out in phase 1, as so many regular away fans get suicidal feelings when they think about watching Palace at the Etihad ;)

You'll be fine with 1600. We never have many at City but hopefully a few more this time round as it's usually a fixture that's played at an inconvenient time (I.e televised game, just after/before Xmas) so there are probably a significant number who've not been before.

Anyone know when these go on sale?

Kirby

I think the general rule is normally four weeks before the game, but it really depends how organised the home club is.

I'm hoping they don't go on sale 'til 1st September as I've already spent a fortune on City/United and Newcastle trains and accommodation this month!

From previous seasons, City tickets tend to go on sale quite late (more like 3-4 weeks before).

Yeah I'm not sure we'll even sell the City allocation out with United the following weekend.

I haven't been to the Etihad since Darren Powell scored in a 3-1 loss under Dowie. Looking forward to it!

Probably take reduced allocations at both so may well sell out.

Bastards. Couldn't wait a week could they?

Just booked an airbnb a five minute walk from the stadium. Should be interesting.

We have taken blocks in bottom and middle tiers.

Top tier is greyed out.

I'd say that is about right to be honest, can't see us needing the top tier, and its probably too high up there for a good view anyway

I might be thick here but why do we need a phase for away season tickets thought they were debited automatically? Or have they changed it now?

Dorking .Eagle

Away season tickets now have to book their own seats (but get to choose seats) and have a 4 day window ahead of the rest of the phases.

Am I right in thinking that the seating plan thing isn't available unless you're an away ST holder? I haven't had the option to use it for any aways this season despite having the right software.

Only 20 points for this one as well which seems tight

You may not be able to do it on-line but ring the Box Office and ask them for seats where you want to sit.
If you ask for a certain number of rows back, I'm sure they'll do everything to accommodate your request.

I'm not fussed personally but I remember it being discussed on a previous thread and thought it sounded like quite a useful tool for others although I'd not seen it available

To be fair it's never been made clear if it's only available for the away s/t phase.

I did however go in and have a peek at Liverpool away tickets a couple of days before the game, when there was a handful of odd seats available, and you could see the seating plan then and make an informed choice

Only if it sells out. Should be 20 points for games that sell out and 40 points for games that don't. To be added retrospectively. Fairest way.

Sorry to be a pain but does anyone know if the middle tier is selling quickly for this match. I was only offered seats in the back 2 rows for this game, but the 'gentleman' I was dealing with would not confirm if there was any seats available lower in this tier...

20 points for this is a disgrace. It's bad enough for Man Utd given the cost and effort that involves.

How long before they scrap points for away games altogether?

But still we have the most wonderful owners in the league etc.

Due to slow ticket sales those who have bought seats in block 212 (Middle tier) are being moved, and this block being given back to Man City :( (NB only affects ticket holders in block 212)

If this affects you, the box office will get in touch.

2nd time I've been kicked out of seats this week due to poor ticket sales :D:D

15 conceded 1 scored in the last three games for me. I have a mate who lives 500 yards from the Etihad hence I usually go but this is a step too far for me so won't be going up.
