Mykyta Shevchenko Shakhtar Donetsk excellent young Goalkeeper does anyone share the opinion he would be a good option for us, especially as we seem to be building a young squad.

Yeah, 'cos what we need now is a young, unproven, unknown keeper with no experience of English football.

To be successful a team needs a good solid and experienced "spine" starting with a keeper, i know nothing about this lad who could turn out to be a gem, but i feel we can't gamble at this time. My personal choice if it were possible would be (1) Cilessen (2) Fabianski.

I have a nagging feeling myself that Cilessen is a possibility along with RVP.

Michael Vorm, born October 20, 1983 (age 33 & almost 34) has only made 10 league appearances for Tottenham since arriving at White Hart Lane in the summer of 2014. That's Just over 3.3 games per season. Oh dear! Once again the goalkeeping position is our achilles heal, where any old fart will do based on what he did many seasons ago.

Never heard of Mykyra Shevchentko Shakhtar-Donetsk. Who does he play for?

Blake the Jamaican MLS keeper of the year.

Surely if we can insert a tasty jerk special dependant on MOM performances that would be a big swaying point.

Same here and I would have no problem if we did! Both would be perfect for this squad and this style....

Couldn't hurt could it. He looks a really good keeper to me.

I would bring in an experienced keeper for the season whilst Dougie explores more opportunities. Would be happy with any one of these turning out in the no1 jersey.

1) Danijel Subašić
2) Yann Sommer
3) Diego López

What i like about Sommer is he's only 184 but he comes for all crosses and got a massive jump leap on him. Great distribution and can play with his feet as good as an outfield player.
