I don't think we ever replaced him. We have lacked a physical prescience since he left and really felt with right guidance he could have been a matic type player.

I always liked KG, he anchored the midfield and provided ballast where necessary. Not premier league but a true heavyweight of the championship who contributed heavily to our promotion.

Respect where respect is due, I also like the fact that he did nothing at Cardiff apart from getting paid a shedload of cash
