I didn't include him just so that someone else could add to the list.

Puncheon, ward, Hennessey, sako, Mutch, Lee, Williams. That's not even including our youth back up

Lack of technical ability in the squad is telling when Zaha is out. None of these squad players would get a better club than Palace. If we survive this season, there needs to be a serious overhaul in recruitment. The combination of having terrible squad players on big wages and long contracts is severely damaging.

Jason Puncheon and Joel Ward.

Anyone else?

Neither would start in a championship team let alone premier

Shocking amount of total deadwood in the squad.

Jason Puncheon has played in the Premier League for 4 different sides.

That's because he used to be good enough.

Has to be said, Schlupp certainly has the positional awareness and first touch of a league one player.

Schlupp at least as a left back is non league standard

He may be better as a left mid

Schlupps performance was up there among the worst by a Palace left back for years, Utterly pathetic going both ways

Indeed. I can only assume PvA is carrying a knock?

I'd add Jimmy Mac to that list. He's past his best.

Schlupp should have come off at HT for his own sake as well as ours. He got destroyed

Yes, but lets stick to Punch and Hennessey as he scapegoats...

Bakary Sako is an embarrassment. Came on and first thing he done was duck out of a header in the box which almost allowed Southampton to score.

Then late in the game nudged off the ball from a cross by Bertrand and stood there remonstrating for a penalty. He is a big guy but doesn't use his strength at all. Apart from two decentish goals he has been stealing a living for well over two years now.

League 2 player at best.

All of the above players mentioned would walk into most League One sides. Our players are underperforming but this a difficult, punishing league.

There's a massive gulf in class between Prem and Champo, let alone League One.

Remember how everyone wanted Glenn Murray and Dwight Gayle back as recently as six months ago, for instance? 46 goals between them in the second tier last season. Barely 46 touches between them in the Premier League this.

So you'd start both Puncheon and Ward for the rest of the season?

Jason Puncheon has played in the Premier League for 4 different sides.

So not good enough for 3 of them then... and currently captain and still not good enough for the worst team in the entire football league since December 2015.

I think I had a debate about Schlupp on here a few weeks ago. He's nowhere near good enough for the premier league anymore. Didn't see the game today though but if he,along with Hennessey,Puncheon and Ward are regular first teamers,we're in big trouble.

How many ex Palace scored today in leagues 1 & 2? Seemed like a handful on soccer Saturday.

No, he was worse/just as bad (delete as appropriate) against Swansea. (We paid 20+m for the two of them!)

Ward is definitely league one quality but Puncheon could do half a job in the championship....maybe
