On mine, David Pleat was talking about Mark Noble before - during the Sissoko tiff - and called him 'highly rated' before saying he'd never played for England.

It's embarrassing how hard our players find it to pass and move at a high tempo.

Kompany has (or had) a habit of charging across to the full back position and taking someone out, too. Like they learned it as a kid and haven't been able to forget it, becomes their default in certain situations.

Well, as is the nature of the aftermath of old firm, it actually ended with a load of Police all over central Scotland dealing with morons.

Alloa was fun last night, and nice to see that no way was one particular fellow going to be fooled by the good humour and calm nature of one police officer who kept telling him to get his food and just go home, by repeatedly calling the policeman a pussy and that he must have been bullied at school. He got lifted. Rightly so.

Br**hton capable, or at least trying to, play at a tempo at least double the speed of what we have been doing at home.

If only we had any sort of energy to use going forward like that. Instead, after five years in the top flight, we have a team of player incapable of passing and moving, with a losers mentality beat into them after that terrible run with Pardew and this latest mess up by Steve Parish.

Mate we all love Palace and want what’s best for the club, but when the owner(s) are making the same mistakes year in and year out and seemingly not learning a damn thing from them, you have to say that you reap what you sow and Parish et al have made one balls up too many this time. Are you watching Parish.

English manager who organises his players to suit their strengths and an owner that makes sure he has all positions covered.

You must be so pleased your team has won! Toddle along there did you?

Does it though....

Football takes over my life.

And therein lies the problem. I think throwing away that Cup Final finally did it for me. That hurt so much that I think a switch went off in my head. I care, of course, but I am not going to let Palace affect my moods for the week anymore.

When we got humped against Huddersfield, I immediately told myself that there wasnt anything I could do that would stop Palace being incompetent. Therefore, why let them ruin other aspects of my life. Lose Saturday, rant on the BBS for a couple of hours, move on.

Pulis is a great manager. Unfortunately he is also a lying, thieving, ****!

The 13/14 squad lost 8/9 and finished 11th. With this in mind I believe we can stay up. Hodgson did well with Fulham and WBA.

agree with this. After the cup final it took me a week to pick myself up and I've never been as "attached" since. I'm not angry at the current set up, I just find the debacle embarrassing to be honest and we've been sleep walking to relegation for the last 18 months. Take a step back from it all and channel your energy into something more constructive (kids/partner/family etc). Palace will always build up our hopes only too pull the rug away as things look as though we may be onto something. I learn't the hard way with the fall out from the class of 91'. I sat down and watched the steel city derby, and I was slightly jealous of the entertainment. There was perhaps a lack of quality but for sheer endeavour it was a throw back to days gone by.

Did the Weds mugs go on the pitch at the end looking to fight everyone.

A more blatant penalty you'll never see...and he doesn't give it. He can't even say he played on because the subsequent shot happened so quickly after the foul he could've pulled it back and awarded the pen.

Good to see the genius that is Pulis achieving another great away result. 1 away win in 2017, 4 goals scored this season. Praised by some on here for getting his business done early and building an impressive squad. Empty seats at the Hawthorns show what many think of him and his football up there.

You would rather 'transition', 'evolve', 'go to the next level'.

In other words, go down. Really exciting that.
