Unlikely to happen any time soon and would be probably ‘policed’ but is it time for a quarterly fans forum to come back ?

A chance for supporters to ask questions directly to board members , players and owners .

I'd be all for this but wouldn't be surprised to see riot police there

There is a reason Parish binned these.

Maybe that’s what needed , massive vent of frustration

No point. We’d get spun the same shit we have done for last few years. Never had it so good blah blah

Is it because people would call him a bullshitter ?

A pressing question.

Steve, you went on Twitter the night before FdB being sacked giving him your backing. Am I the only one that sees the bleeding obvious that the Americans told you what you had to do and he was going to get sacked whether you didn't want it, or if you didn't want it, or if you didn't want it.

Please respond truthfully as a few fans have become slightly agitated when this transpired.

Where did he back FDB the night before? Are you referring to the 'we need to stick together' tweet? At the time I never saw that as backing and certainly don't now; was talking more about the fans, players and board I'm sure.

If you watch SP's interview on transfer deadline day, without saying as much, you can tell he had lost all respect for FDB. Never heard him talk so coldly about one of our managers.

Maybe Bubbs but putting a tweet out about sticking together and sacking the manager the next day is very silly.

If another club did this we would have a good laugh at them.

Yes, I think that nights tweet session was not one of his finest moments.

HRP in his element, all his Christmasses have come at once. Palacea must be en route for a reach around?

According to Parish everyone he speaks to at games has nothing but goood things to say to his face. The only abuse comes from 16 year olds on twitter.
Time for people to stop hiding behind their smartphones and actually give him a piece of their minds(constructive, not abusive ) face to face starting at the Chelsea game when he arrives at the stadium.

Maybe he said that because he knew the Manager was going the next day. A bit of a warning, if you like.

Something along the lines of "I know what's happening tomorrow so in spite of that, we must all stick together".

Perhaps, I think staying quiet would have been a better option.

Who, me? Sorry. Didn't realise if we use Twitter it excludes us from the BBS.

My mistake.

Much easier to do podcasts with people grateful for the 'exclusive'

When I adopted this approach with Simon Jordan during the Francis fiasco, I was escorted from the Player's Lounge

A fans forum would be quite funny but very unlikely to happen at the current time. Parish will be hoping that we can turn our slump in form around soon but, if we don't, I expect the fans' anger will soon turn to derision so, either way, he will avoid anything like a fans forum this side of Christmas.
