Sky have hyped this game up so much it's beyond ridiculous.

It might be a great game, but it will be a massive let down if it isn't now.

Fully expect Man U to beat Liverpool. Jurgen Klopp is an overrated, bitter, sore losing wanker!

Cardiff were shite at Birmingham last night. I don't think they had a shot on target.

A set back for Neil Warnock.

I thought Che Adams looked good for Birmingham.

I love the way every other club gets a new manager bounce except us!

what the space around the centre circle?
It's the classic English mentality, if a player doesn't run like a headless chicken he's lazy, which is why we're stuck with cart horses like Henderson and Dier in our national team's midfield instead of players of genuine technical quality like Ozil, who make intelligent runs as opposed to running for the sake of it. You can see this mentality with lots of our fan base crucifying Cabaye in his time at the club.

It's really hard to choose...probably Spurs if I had to pick out of that lot. I can find reasons to dislike all of them, but the way Man City have spent money they haven't earnt so they can steam roller most of the other teams in the league is pretty grotesque, even by Premier League standards.

And because the referee was too weak to give him the straight red that his thuggery deserved, he will be back for our game ready to try to muscle us out of it, score another fluke worldie before hopefully getting sent off again. Was he sent off for it though? One game as I see it. Sent off for two yellows, first dismissal of the season. I don't remember him being sent off before.

In my opinion, under the new rules of dangerous play likely to cause injury, it should have been straight red. He lead with his elbow and launched himself into the challenge.

Yup, challenge itself wasn't that far off a red itself let alone having already been booked!

And yedlin is one of the few players quick enough to keep up with wilf....and one of the last I would want trying to put a clean tackle on him

I have no idea how we failed to score against Southampton. Forster has been scarily bad and frankly makes our keepers look world class. He has gifted the goals and looks like he just wants to go and hide somewhere. Newcastle are very disciplined but nothing special. Good chance their RB will see red against Andros or Wilf but may well put them in plaster before if ref is as lenient as Friend is.

I fancy us to beat Newcastle next week, not overly impressed with them. They're pretty clumsy and reckless at the back. I hate the bloke but Shelvey is a decent player, very penetrative with the ball.

That's what scares me about their RB Yedlin. Hes a good kid with insane athletic abilities but his football skills are questionable. He wouldn't intentionally hurt wilf or andros but I can definitely see a dangerous tackle going in

If only he wasn't such a headcase. He has that ability to make it look very easy, like he's playing a different game from everyone else.... But sadly has way too many screws lose

Newcastle look very good - we'll need to be at our best to win next week.

As others have said, the goalkeeping on show was awful, especially from Forster. Really don't know how we let Southampton beat us.

Shelvey is the main for Newcastle - we need to stop him.

As for Friend, that was an awful performance. Yedlin's challenge was the easiest second yellow you will ever see.

we certainly did, I cant understand how people forget that, the guy is a genius at what he does, we would have been a fully established mid table PL team by now if he had stayed and not been constantly interfered with, maybe even a stadium at the early stages, a travesty letting him go and the club will regret it for years to come.

To be honest i think it would be a big mistake, i am not a fan of the Bard as i feel he had a big influence in the sacking of Ranieri, i may be wrong but it is my view on the sacking.
Having made the decision to install him as being the best manager available and who then rescued Leicester last season, to now panic when you have hit the buffers may be a bit premature to sack him. You have far too many good players to panic its simply a phase all teams go through, but in reality its the Board and Fans accepting Leicester are no more than a Top Ten team at best. I would say the slump is down to creating uncertainty in players due to constant changes especially up front, stick with Ogazaki and Vardy it works. The midfield is missing their important link man Drinkwater more than they realised, also the man that always made the team tick Mahrez, not looking a happy bunny has reflected in his performances and should have been sold in the summer.
Palace is a classic example of a club where constant managerial changes is a recipe for failure, hence why i feel we now need to stick with Roy Hodgson regardless if we are relegated providing we can see improvement happening, then promote Steven Reid (coach) obviously only if good enough to do so, to take over when Roy's contract expires in 2 years as continuity is vital.
