The only close match there should be Ireland and the Danish.

Should be fun! :)

Glad the second leg is in Dublin though.

I wouldn't say any of them are certs.

Indeed. NI have been defending brilliantly so far and Switzerland aren't free-scorers.

I could see that going to penalties after two 0-0 draws.

(It'll be 6-5 on aggregate now...)

And even though Italy tend to always achieve without playing well, Sweden have been pretty decent in the bits I have seen.

(10-0 Italy then in that one....).

Nah but only the ROI match has no clear favourite.

England are through so I don't care.
With all due respect.

The innocence of youth.
Feel free to actually address something I said with your own point of view :S:

Nah but only the ROI match has no clear favourite.

But in terms of being close, I can see them all being tight contests.

Not seen Greece this campaign, are they the old defensive unit? Made Pulus look reckless in contests past.

Just when you need a break from the emotional turmoil supporting Palace, these two playoff games come around! I'm trying to prepare myself mentally for a comfortable Danish victory over two legs so I can handle the pressure of watching the games. However when you are in a World Cup play-off and are so close to the finals you can't help but let your mind wander to being there next Summer, particularly for a nation like Ireland who have not qualified since 2002. It's like the Championship play-off final, so close to the great prize you can only dare to dream.

Getting a little nervous. Did try to see if tickets were available but not keen on the prices or some of the issues around ticketing that Ireland fans have faced. Plus, beers cheaper over here, much as I love Denmark.

Remember the World Cup is in Russia one of the most oppressive racist countries ever to host a WC and just feel relieved that you donít need to go and get your head kicked in by a load of psychopathic nutters

Half-hearted, in-game bacofoil displays not so awe inspiring.

Nordies wont be happy with the refereeing. Looks like some very dodgy decisions.

Never ever a peno.

It's a debatable pen but the commentator is just a touch biased.

"It's hit him in the shoulder."
"It's hit him in the hip."

Eh?

It was an awful decision for the penalty.

Should have been a pen to Switzerland there!

"It's hit him in the shoulder."
"It's hit him in the hip."

Eh?

If he was commentating on a Scottish match featuring McArthur or Forrest then that would be entirely plausible.

Lucky that NI defender wasn't sent off for preventing a goal scoring opportunity.

Can't remember a more cynical handball.
