Big two in Spain having to desparately renegotiate various TV deals to become dominate again. Neymar gone and Messi and Ronaldo past their peaks.

It must be winding them up. About time for a shift. When the BBC site puts Real Madrid and Barcelona games on a level footing with the Premier League, it is time for them to take a downturn.

How is Traore doing in general for Lyon kabbott?

He's not been doing too badly. His main problem is his consistency. Even in last night's game, OK his goal was fantastic, but the rest of his shooting was relatively poor. He also lacks confidence at times and, for me, he can be quite frustrating. He's got a lot of pace so on the break he's more than handy. His problem sometimes is that after steaming forward, he stops and then plays a ball 20 yards back. He needs to take on defenders a lot more. He certainly has the ability. Having said that, he's having a much better time of it than Memphis Depay who, apart from a few good games including the game in which he scored the goal of the season last year, has been very disappointing.

Imo Traore needs a manager/coach who believes in him as he’s a fantastic talent some of his deft touches were superb. Reckon under right coach there’s about another 30% of his game to come. Only a kid ain’t he ?. Lyon were superb the kid on the left damn can’t think of his name played well too. He looked possibly North African or North Africa descent .

Was there last night Ken! Very small turnout from your lot who nicked all the Palace chants but sang them in French plus an annoying version of Popeye the sailor man.
Lyon bossed the game from start to finish and looked wobbly only for a few minutes after the Williams shenanigans.

it's a yellow for the push and then surely a yellow for his part in it all kicking off. Not one incident was worthy of a straight red, but should be shown two yellows. Something which ref's very rarely, if ever, do

I think the push could have been a straight red on its own, but certainly agree that the original offence deserved at least a yellow, as did his part in the aftermath - therefore should have been sent off.

You mean Houssem Aouar, I think. He's 19 and highly thought of down here. People have been talking about him for a few years now, but he only made his début last season. He's a bit like Ben Arfa in that he can play wide or just behind the CF. What was surprising the other night is that the Lyon coach, Génesio, made a bold move and played him in a more defensive role. He played a blinder breaking down play and then making good forward runs only losing the ball on rare occasions.
He played again today in Lyon's 0:5 thrashing of Troyes in a more forward position in place of Fekir who was on the bench after picking up a little back injury against those Everton thugs! He was very good again today.
