Quite literally as the title says Salford City goalkeeper Max Crocombe was sent off for urinating during his side's 2-1 win at Bradford Park Avenue.

The 24-year-old New Zealander was shown red in the 87th minute of the National League North game.

"He was told by the steward twice not to do it and he went ahead and had a pee," said Park Avenue secretary Colin Barker.

Fair enough I think.

He's not a toddler, so he can go at HT ffs.

People are paying to watch him play football.

I once had a piss behind the goal when I was playing in goal for Holland.

Mind you, it was against France on a French camp site.

And I was 11.

Totally irresponsible!

Not only did you risk getting sent off and letting your team down but you also ran the risk of UEFA spotting that Holland were fielding an illegible player!
Anybody would think you were trying the throw the game!

What was the the score btw?

Oh god knows.......there was quite a crowd though. Well over 30. I have a feeling we snuck it.

Fortunately my urine antics were not spotted by the ref......only my sister.:)

Isn't urinating in a public place an offence?
