Given that another thread is congratulating Pete Sampras on winning Wimbledon, and also to wind up a few non-Essendon supporting regular BBS posters (who are probably sick to death of all this in the Australian media), I'd like to congratulate Essendon on winning all 18 games of the season so far.

And I'd also like to say what a pleasure it is to see Collingwood (Aus Rules equivalent of Man U) on the end of a absolute tonking at the hands of Carlton.

Seems like at least one person knows what I'm talking about http://www.cpfc.org/ubb/wink.gif ...and he's wound up like a clockwork toy.

I couldn't actually give a toss about Essendon myself...prefer the Dogs, as although they're a filthy bunch of scrappers (The Hon Chris Grant excepted) at least they wear the right colours (and have the habit of snatching ignominious failure from the jaws of victory).
