Unable to recieve ON Digital?

Beings as ONDigital have just secured the rights to the Nationwide Football League, I have recently been in touch with the ONDigital customer services with regards having ONDigital installed and subscribing to all the channels.

Imagine my disgust, when, after giving my post code to the operative, I was told ONDigital is not available in my area.

They have since e-mailed me wit hsome patronising electronic reply.

The way I see it, they have bought the rights to 75% of the professional football in this country and I am unable to see any of it, including the live Palace games.
Does anybody find this a bit odd?

I mean, what is the point of securing the rights to a competition when you are unable to broadcast it to the whole nation.

I wonder if the Football League know this when they allowed ONDigital to secure the rights?

I may be wrong here, but I understood that the new deals, with OnDigital and Sky, refer to the season AFTER the one coming, so there is the chance that you will have ONDigital in your area by then.

I live opposite the bloody transmitter and I can barely watch it !!! Only switch it on to see Lazio in Champions league.
