A guy started in the office last week who is a native of Manchester and supports Man U.

Any other sightings of this rare phenonemon.

There are genuine fans of all the big clubs - it's just a shame the gloryhunters destroy any credibility they might have.

It's amazing how many people claim to be of Mancunian descent. So why did they all leave?

We've even got one here in Ballarat...Mancunian through and through, and not a bad bloke, despite his unfortunate loyalties.

Never bothered to ask him why he left...I've just always assumed it was because Manchester is a complete ****hole...

I think Norbury just shades Manchester ,a lot less flat hats and whippets.

My girlfriend is from Manchester, lives there and yes supports Utd. How about that. She even used to go when they were s*it but can't now "because of so many people from round the country turning up now!"

Sums it up really.

My best mate at Uni is a bonefide Moan U fan. He actually had a season ticket up to and including 1991/92, when he gave it up to concentrate on his A levels - yes, the last season before they finally won the title.

Top man actually - his family have put me up when I've seen Palace in the North West and the hospitality is top notch.
