I didn't watch the game yesterday but I saw the news item about Keane's sending off.

The new season has well and truly begun.

Palace got a crap result on the first day (though not as bad as anticipated) and Roy Keane tried to end another players career in a "mad moment".

The guy just can't help himself can he? He's a nutter, pure and simple.

I heard Ferguson quoted as saying that the referee should have got the yellow card out earlier and then he wouldn't have needed to show the red one! Did he not see what Keane did then?

The man is a f*ckwit!

I was watching the game in the hope that he did get sent off, and yet again he delivered.

Also liked Ken Bates trying to stick a joke medal over Fergusons head, miserable old sod he is, knocked it away.

Most enjoyable watching the devil incarnate getting his marching orders for the umpteenth time in his career.

Also enjoyed ramming the glory down all the glory hunters throats who turned out at the pub to cheer on 'their team', even if it was Chelsea that beat them...

I watched the game from the Chelsea end at Wembley. Quite funny singing "Who the **** are Man United" then having to stop while they do their blues marching on crap.

On the train on the way back all my Chelsea mates decide it's time to have a Palace v Chelsea fight, so there's five idiots piling on top of me. There was another Palace fan in the carriage but he didn't seem to want to help out.

If you're reading this mate, cheers! I got the better of them anyway. They're all covered in bruises and all I've got is a few scratches on my head.

All day they kept asking if I'd been converted yet. In one pub after the game they thought they'd won me other when they saw me singing "Carefree". They were waving their hands about frantically until they noticed I was actually singing "Fight fight, wherever you may be, we are the famous cpfc"
