Just heard from a colleague that he's off to Coventry for 6.5 million.
What price Morrison now?
It weakens Norwich considerably though so good news for us.
Also heard today that Ferguson won't be going from Newcastle to Everton because Newcastle won't pay him a million quid to leave.
The world of football has gone stark-staring mad. It will all end in tears very soon if someone, somewhere, doesn't get a grip of this lunacy.

My Norwich mates are in mourning, they think they will get relegated now. I told them I know how it feels, like when we lost Jansen, Lombardo etc.
Still I think it was a deal they could'nt turn down, especially if the transfer market collapses as it is feared it may do in the next 6-12 months. Maybe it is time to cash in on Morrisson and Mullins? If we don't they might be able to walk anytime they want once the rules on transfers are changed by the EU (which I think they almost inevitably will be)

Norwich won't get relegated as they managed quite well without him for many games last season when he got injured. Plus Norwich are apparently 8 million pounds in debt and don't want to end up like us so they had to sell him.

And once again history repeats itself ...
To think Noades nearly signed Bellamy (who has a lot of potential) four years ago - but in the end we didn't get him because he wouldn't go over a million pounds !!
Norwich won't get relegated - but one existing team I fancy for the chop is Grimsby.
