I can't quite believe this as I personally have always thought of Croydon Ladies as being the Palace of the womens game as Croydon is basically the heart of the club so to find them taken over by Charlton is pretty scandolous in my opinion.

This is typical of the gypo army. They can't create their own successful team so they steal it from elsewhere.

We all know deep down, as they do, that Croydon Ladies are champs and they ain't from Charlton.

tossers.

Too far, their was a report this morning that Charlton may be kicked out of the league because the club wants to remain in Croydon.Already their first two games have been postponed to add to their problems a couple of players have left to go to Doncaster instead.

The player-manager and certainly some of the players weren't very happy about it.

The answer to that is irrelevent because in the case of the ladies football team its WORSE than that. The new Charlton's ladies team are apparently playing at GRAVESEND!!!!!

The 3 original Charlton Ladies teams were devastated when they heard they had been dumped after playing for CAFC for 8 years.

So much for their so called Community Spirit.
I do feel sorry for all those players, they had a decent set-up too thanks to their own voluntary management team.
Croydon will always be known as Croydon regardless of the shirts they pull on.
