SMS Score Updates?

There are many services around, i have seen some today on the Times website and on Teamtalk. Plus the many others that are on teletext. But they all charge a maximum of 25p per message.

Are there any out there for free? Besides begging your mates to do it ;)

I would find it particularly useful, as i am stuck up norf where the only teams you hear on the radio are Liverpool and Everton. :( Bit of a waste of an afternoon to stay infront of the TV and watch Football Focus, On the Ball, then Goal Rush. Although i do sometimes!

Any info would be appreciated.
