I emailed them at 0958am yesterday and haven't heard anything yet. I'm not worried about getting the tickets, but will be really fecked off if my guests get put in the Arthur again. If email isn't going to be given priority, what's the point in emailing rather than blocking up their phone system?

I e-mailed yesterday at 10:45am and am also yet to hear back. Can't see it being a problem though, even with the Liverpool game people were getting tickets right up to a day or so before the game.
Don't care where I sit really, with these sort of games the atmosphere is excellent wherever you are :p

Emailed Thursday AM got a call Friday AM. Tickets in the post.
Please have a look at the Abuse of ticket office staff thread. I have posted a suggestion help with this problem in the future. Please tell me what you think. They are working O/T to get the tickets out.
In terms of Guests in the Holmesdale. This is usually quite a full stand during medium size games anyway with very little space even in the upper tier. I got one guest ticket but there were not many left when they rang me.
Good luck to you all.

I emailed on Thursday accidentally asking for Liverpool tickets. Emailed again apologising for the faux pas and requesting that they change it to Leeds tickets today and have just received this reply...
"You are not alone!
A member of the box office team will call you as soon as is humanly possible!
Regards
CPFC Ticket Office"
I for one think they are doing a brilliant job under the circumstances. They have got a huge workload. If you haven't heard then just be patient for a while. I'm sure you will soon.
Glad to hear I'm not the only plonker asking for Liverpool tickets as well. :clown:

Went in person to the ground today, Friday 07, to get my tickets. On arrival at about 2.00pm there must have been at least a couple of hundred in the queue that stretched about half way round the Sainsburys end. Queued for about ½ hour and got nowhere so gave up and headed back to work. Sent in my requests via e-mail. Nervous wait now like the rest of you.
Anyone thinking of visiting the ground in person over the weekend had better be prepared for a long wait. :sob:
Looks like a sell out again.

Got there at about 2:55 and had to queue for an hour and three quarters. If you're going Saturday I'd get there early because the box office closes at midday.

Not at all, the ticket staff are different from those when I worked there and I didn't even know the woman that I spoke to!!
Tickets have just arrived this morning!

At the start of the season I signed up to the deal where they automatically send my season tickets seats for cup games. So I have a nervous wait too....anyone else in this situation and have you received your tickets yet ?

Just emailed for mine,i emailed them for the 4th round and i got them within 3 days so dont worry!
I'm glad they've finally sorted out the box office with an email system, someone else has ordered mine for me and like Liverpool I now trust them to sort it in time for the match.
Frankly I like the idea that they're so busy it's great for the club :p
