I won't even try and help you out - as I know nothing about computers other than how to turn the things on and off!!

i've worked for them for 20 years now...i remember when they were no1..
they looked after there staff..now in the past couple years...i've lost my xmas bonus..proft sharing..as i'm on the old contract..no more pay risers..and now we have 17-18 year olds running the store..no wounder it's in such a mess

I used to take pride in working for them as a 16-year-old. It was run professionally and throughout hte staff areas upstairs there was always reminders of years gone by, how the company grew on being the family grocers.
They lost the plot when they stopped being competitve. I grew up with my parents buying Sainsbury's and I thought I'd grow up choosing them too. Sadly they just don't compete on variety, price or customer service anymore...

i agree...i work on the meat section..the amount of lines that have been taken out is a joke..these people in head office have no idea what sells and what dont..we have no control over what comes in now or the ordering..
