Can someone answer some questions I have about the BBS?

If I post replies to a few topics some of them appear stright away but others don't.

I also notice that today I am not shown as one of the memebrs logged on even though I have been here a while and posted. How does the system know who is here.

Are you with BT Internet? I am, and I have the same difficulty. It's something to do with their server.
