And now a foremost member of Oxted Orient seeks to gain membership to the footballing elite also known as FC BBS. Perhaps if Mr. Nash didn't wear pink boots, didn't drink WKD, didn't have Gonzo as his manager, didn't have a particular fondness for thimbles and was a more technically gifted footballer he could joing FC BBS. As it is I'm afraid we cannot accept his approaches, and will have to send him back to Oxted Orient in the full knowledge of the further rifts it will cause in their already divided camp. Oh happy days!!!!

It was a good game, good laugh, I really shouldn't have gone out with two shirts/jumpers on though, I was dying at HT, I thought it was going to be proper astroturf. Dan what happened to your neck?

It was going for a header with someone on their team, he caught me with his elbow at the bottom of my neck where it meets the shoulder. Complete accident.. because he was so tall i reckon.. and it's made it go into spasm and is a bit stiff now :(.

Well played everyone today, the btter team won so well done to Oxted. I would like to say SORRY to all of the BBS team for the complete arse I made of their 4/5 goals espically as we had just equailsed:sob:
I would also like to give the Man of the Match award for the BBS side to Andy Street for his heroics in goal.
Looking forward to the rematch on grass and 11 a side with a fully fit Zonin.

My way home was a nightmare, so many delays, and I started to feel sick at Kings Cross waiting for a tube. My chest really started to hurt on the mainline train.

As for the football I can't help but think what might have been. We lacked a keeper (Roko :grrr: ) and, crucially, structure. Oxted had both of these and it paid off. We did miss a hell of a lot of chances though.

Pallet, apology accepted, as long as you forgive me.

What can I say FC BBS, I was desperate to play when really I shouldn't have and now I'm feeling the consequences... I've had a relapse of my fever all afternoon but I've taken some anti-biotics, I still feel really weak and rough though.

Next time we'll give them a game!

I wanna add my congrats to everyone who took part today it was loads of fun and a lot of good football was played (none of which by Gonzo =p).
