Well everything is back up and running, we have checked in everyone who was still to check in last night when the crash happened - we have done our end of day runs etc - we have checked out most of the people who were meant to check out this morning and are busily checking in those who have checked in already today from all the manual lists we compiled. A bit of a nightmare but I have a good team of managers on the front desk and they will ensure all is okay... Worst thing is though it is our staff party tonight which I host for this hotel and our London one and we have 220 for dinner in 90 minutes!! May be a few gaps around the room - oh well, it could be worse..
