AWAY SUPPORTERS
Away supporters used to have a long walk to the away end as you had to walk around some allotments. However this is no longer the case, as away supporters are now housed in the Vicarage Road stand, which was previously the home end, at the opposite end of the ground. This stand is normally shared with home supporters (with the obligatory 'no-mans land' in between) or if demand requires it the whole of this stand (capacity 4,500) can be given to away fans.

DISABLED FACILITIES - spaces for 6 in the rookery Stand. Cost 6.00 for disabled person, 15.00 for helper. Booking: Contact Crystal Palace box office. No specific parking available. For blind supporters there are 2 away seats with headphones and match commentary in the East Stand, Block E, no charge.

Join the M25 and head north past M4/Heathrow, then past the M40 Oxford Exit at Junction 16. Take the exit at Junction 18. The slip road goes up to a bridge going across the motorway, turn left towards Rickmansworth. Head down into Rickmansworth until you arrive at a large roundabout near Rickmansworth BR station. Turn left here along the A412 towards Watford. Follow signs into Croxley Green. At the two large roundabouts outside the Croxley Industrial Estate hang a left and follow signs for the hospital. This will lead you onto Vicarage Road.
From The North and East:

PARKING
Parking around the ground can be difficult. There are limited spaces around the streets outside the ground but the best bet is to try to get in to the allocated car park at Watford General Hospital, Willow Lane (opposite Hagden Lane where it meets Vicarage Road), which is 5 minutes walk to the ground. Matchday price for parking in the hospital car park is 1.50. It opens at 1.30pm. There is another car park at Watford Girls' Grammar School, Lady's Close (the first left-hand turn in Vicarage Road) as you exit the Ring Road. Parking costs 2.00 – 3.00 Opens 1.30pm.

Visiting fans are also often directed to the town centre multi-storeys, which charge 2.00 for 4 hours. Also some parking at Laurence Haines School.

It’s also possible to park in the centre of town and walk down to the ground. As the ground is right in the centre of town it is difficult to miss. Leave the M1 at Junction 5 and take the A4008 into Watford. If on nearing the town centre you can't see it on your left, just go around the inner ring road and you will soon spot it. The town centre car parks charge 2.00 for four hours and 50p after 19:00. There are also some private match day car parks available at some industrial units near the ground. Street parking around Vicarage Road is not advised.
