For the Palace - Roma game, 352 attacking, as I have used every season in my Palace game.
The Real - Barca game, I was not managing either of the teams, it was a computer game that was brought to my attention in my news section, because not surprisingly, the Barcelona fans revolted after that one!

When i try and take screenshots, i fail, miserably. I have been told that by pressing print screen it takes a shot. I havent seen ANY evidence of ANY in ANY folders ANYwhere! Please help me!

Yeah, it's print screen andthe open up a paint program and just paste it in. Remember to save as a jpeg.

Sorry to do this to you, but i dont think the phantom files i beleaved were screenshots are in fact what i am looking for, where abouts in the folder should they be?

Yup Palace.. you have to paste it into something.. Screenshot only goes into your clipboard not into a file / folder.

zonin, some interesting stats. Im pleased to see you have Carl Frost who I got in an exchange from Crewe.. hope he becomes as good as he's promising to be in my game. Is Varao a real player? those attributes are godlike.

ok, the screenshots i wanna post are too big, how can i reduce them? the max here *boo hiss!* is 102KB, mine are 300-450 (3 pics)

You need a graphics program capable of making them smaller. MS Paint is not very good.

I use Adobe ImageStyler but you probably want a free one so look for it in tucows.com or cnet.com. I know Jasc's Paint Shop Pro is good for a temporary solution and there are plenty more.

IWCW just recommended Powerpoint in another thread which is in MS Office.

Are you sure that you are saving the pics as jpegs? On my paint program the default is to save them as bitmaps which makes the files larger.

Downloading bitmaps as attachments takes ages ! If you're sending them to a mate etc. you should try and send them as a jpeg.

All you guys talk of CM got me 'round to playing it last night - after buying Deuz Ex a couple of months back I haven't played for what felt like years - and I didn't do too well. I've lost the first four games in my third season, just got Palace promoted to the Premiership. It seems my quality players last season are pretty poo this season...I've got Robbie Keane though, so hopefully he'll do something !

I copied my into Corel PhotoHouse and they came out absolutely huge. Microsoft Paint worked pretty well for me. ANyway. Have at look at these 2:

I now know how to take and view screenshots. But i cant seem to be able to copy/paste it into paint. Please can someone help me!

All you need to do is take press the print scrn button next to F12 and then minimize championship manager by ctrl+esc or Alt+tab and then go into paint. Press Ctrl+V or just go to edit and then paste. After doing this press save as and change the file type to JPG. that's about it.

Wow! Makes my 2-0 top of the table division 2 victory over Brentford the other night seem a bit puny.

I found it really difficult with Palace at first.

Has anyone had succes with other clubs?
I have with Doncaster, took them from the Conference to 1oth in D2 in 3 seasons. I'll post a pic tonight.

Back in the old days (CM97) I did the domestic treble with Wimbledon (boo-hiss) and repeated it the following season, when runners-up in the European Cup Final. (Palace had sacked me when I failed to win anything the season after doing the league and cup double).:grrr:
