Since the fixtures were produced on Thursday i was just wondering what everybody felt of them. What do you think of our start and our run-in, and where realistically, providing the future of the club is sorted soon which it should be, we can aim to achieve this season?

Looking at the fixtures we do have quite a difficult start but if we can get between 6-9 points i'll be very happy.
I honestly think we can achieve a lot of points over the christmas period with games against Grimsby, Crewe, Gillingham. Watford and QPR are both winable but obviously Blackburn will be our toughest test over that period.
March could be a really good month for us especially if we can continue our good home form which we have over the past 2 years. It works out over 6 games in March 5 of them will be at Selhurst (depending on wether or not we play there next season, i think we will). We start with home games against Preston which is definately winable, then comes Birmingham at home which is always tough. Then comes our 'away' fixture against Wimbledon, i honesty think we will get 6 points against these next season, then we have Fulham at home, again tough fixture. Portsmouth is really our ownly away game this month and it's not far to go either. We then finish the month at home to Crewe. Overall i feel realistically we can gain at least 12 points in this month.
The points in March may well be needed as our run-in on paper does look tricky but again we can win them. In the final month we Watford away, Sheff Wed away, Bolton home, Tranmere away, Wolves home, and we finish the season away at Stockport.
I honestly think we can achieve a top 10 finish and hopefully be a force in this division.
COME ON YOU EAGLES!!!

When I got my evening paper on Thursday I looked particularly at the first match and the run in. Blackburn away looks a pretty tough start-we must make sure the team is well supported. My reaction when I saw the run in was that it had all the potential for a difficult time. I hope we have picked up lots of points by then, as I could not face another nail biting finish like last season. And will we have the home support to help the team perform well? It depends where we play....
