Well he has got good attributes. His stats this season aren't up to the standards set by others though.

I bought John O Flynn for Spurs in season 3 and i swear he is a goal machine. Hat tricks every game for about 2 months!!
Oliver Kahn is the best keeper to begin with.
Philippe Mexes - Auxerre

Pegguy Luyindala - Strasbourg
(I am playing the French league with Nantes right now)
Daniel Andersson of Bari is good, as is Mika Varynen (Sp) of FC Jokerit/Heerenveen. Kim Källström of Häcken is good too.

Dani and Tiko have been blinding players for me, I advise buying Tiko as he has been the best player I have had on the game!

Think I missed the boat! Tried to sign him for the start of 02/03 but he's already been snapped up by Ajax!
Instead I've got Leon Knight on loan from Chelsea for the season, who is suppose to be quite good?

Gary Flectcher £120000 he has scored 18 goals in div 1 for Palace i am top of league and have knocked leeds out of the league cup (Northwich Victoria)

Aki Riihilahti is amazing as well but i had to put him in the team using the editor.

I tend to start the game from the conference, and see how far I can get with one club. Currently have Forest Green (just finished 9th in first premiership seson and won the league cup). Try to make the game more difficult by restricting myself to free transfers (4 promotions, 0 spent, 26M recouped ! ! ! ). Two payers have been excellent both in this game, and others where I've gone up through the divisions (both are strikers)
Ben Muirehead (starts the game as a 17yr old on a free)
Steve Brooker (Watford - he's brilliant, but he always seems to be available for loan at the start of the game before eventually being released !)
My Forest Green game is just starting it's tenth season, and Muirhead has just gone past the 200 goal mark. His stats aren't that great but he can't stop scoring.
Other thing that might be useful is that I use a modified version of the 4 - 1 - 3 - 2 tactic !. I push another forward up front making 4-1-2-3, and it seems pretty much unstoppable. Liek a say, conference to prem only using free transfers !.

I have Ben Muirhead. He's well good when he plays. An average of about 8 nearly every season. That reminds me. I have Kamanan as well. I bought him for 750k from Spurs and now he's worth 22m.

I missed out on Muirhead, he went to Man U... so a few seasons later, when he had matured into a 22 yr old goal machine, i snapped him up for Spurs. Only £5m, i was surprised.
Kamanan? Would that be Yannick Kamanan? if so then he should start at Spurs. He is in the Youth/U-18 set up there.

That's the problem w/the old game, buy Saviola and you cannot lose!
But also for 99/00, Simon Davies is the best CM midfielder EVER.

Muirhead went to United in my game to but I managed to snap him up when his contract was running out for just 1m. Bargain! And yeah, It's Yannick Kamanan.

You had CM 3 right? Noone remember Robbie Keane (at Wolves at the time) You would sign him for £3m or so, get 60 goals guarenterred in about 40 games! You must remember!

It has to be: Hakan Suker a goal machine get him on a Bosman, Saviola, Redonda wicked player, Jose Mari (AC Milan) Gormandi (AC Milan), Marvin Brown (Bristol Rovers) is worth looking at. Mogens someone can't rember name but is v.good. Laursen good quality defender
Send scout to Scandinva, Holland and Seeden good quality players to be had. :rolleyes:

It entails going to their offices and playing the game, paid. I applied for it, and was accepted. Can't talk about it though, i signed a non disclosure agreement. It starts in the summer though. Not bad eh? I am going to be well clued up about the game.. well, more so.

Scot Wilikins - Striker....awesome skills
Terry grant - Central defender....awesome
both were in the England squad at age 19.......anyone else have this kind of success with their youth team players??

You can get marcelo salas from river plate for palace in the 96/97 season for about £1m. He'll bang em in from all angles and get u promoted (but he'll leave if u dont!)

Yes that's the geezer. However, managed to bag Johan Elmander this player is going to be awesome well worth the trouble getting him.

Just bought Tonton (never had him before despite many tries) and I can say he is worth every penny of the £14m I was forced to pay. Unlike a lot of other players that have been recommended to me and turned out crap .. this guy is actually the real deal.
