Just been speaking to the club, theres a friendly at Banstead arranged for 1st August, given that there is already a Club XI at Maidenhead arranged for that night, it looks as if some of the first team will feature in one or other of these games.

No news either way about Reading and definately no knowledge of any friendly with Kuwaiti national side.

According to Cp-Fris the Banstead game is likely to feature some first teamers and kicks off at 7pm

Latest news from Steve Kember at Selsey yesterday:

The Banstead game is officially a Club XI friendly not first team and the Maindenhead game originally scheduled for the same day has now been moved to Thursday.

The game against the Kuwaiti's is on Wed 26 July at the Training ground at 1pm - again behind closed doors. Steve K. also thinks this will be a reserve team fixture rather than the first team.

if memory serves me correctly it's not that far from Tattenham Corner - road is Merland Rise...

I'll try and put something a bit more concrete up here in the next few days.
