QPR tickets

I usually buy our tickets 4 - 5 weeks before the game we're going to. I phoned the box office last week and again today and the tickets are not on sale yet even though it's only 3 weeks to the match. They said try again around 10 August. What is going on?

I suspect there is some reorganising in the shop regarding ticket sales
