I once bought what I thought was a Slade single (I can't remember which, but that's not important because as we know they were all classics), only to find when I got it home that it was "You might just see me cry", by Our Kid. My shame is that I never took it back to try and change it.

I also have Sex on the Beach - Hot N' Juicy... utter tripe, and i have Wannabee - Spice Girls. :( :(

I also have, i hate to say, PJ and Duncan - Our Radio Rocks (a 1995 Brit Awards nominee it says!!!)... Aqua - Cartoon Heroes, and East 17 - Stay Another Day.

I would use the excuse i was young and stupid, but the Aqua one was bought about a year ago. So, instead i will use the excuse of wanting the cases to use for my copied CDs!

Chesney Hawkes - "I am the one & only"
Yazz - "The only way is up"
MC Hammer - "Can't touch this"

Just three songs I bought but now regret!
At the time you think there the bee's knee's, but listening to them now you wouldn't give them them a thought.

& what’s wrong with Oxide & Neutrino???? :)
There latest album is a bit of a let down compared to there first album
"sounds of the underground" which was superb.
They seem to be going too commercial like many of the other garage act in the buisness.

billy dont be a hero /cant remember who sang it
love is all around / wet wet wet
plastic bertrand / cant remember the title
would appreciate the name of that one though anyone?

I don't buy many singles, why buy singles when you can buy soundtracks instead?

I did buy the Smurfs "I've got a little puppy" which I really should be ashamed of buying but I still find the line 'pooper - pooper scooper' hilarious.

"Love is like a violin" by Ken Dodd - for my mum
spent hours in the pub to pluck up the courage to ask for it, in the end I wrote it on a piece of paper and slid it over the counter.

Oh the shame of it, wonder if Ken paid the tax on it?

Anyone Who Had a Heart, Cilla Black.

AND I had her picture on my bedroom wall SO THERE!

Not only have I got "Touch Me" by Sam Fox, but I also have her follow-p single made a few years after Touch Me, called "Love House" I think.

I've also got the Stock Aitken and Watermelon compilation "The Hit Factory" on tape featuring their hit "Roadblock"

Too many broken hearts - Jason Donovan
Here we go - Everton '85 FA Cup Final
Crazy for you - Let Loose
C'est la vie - B*witched

And i "borrowed" a cd from a hotel in Malcesine, Italy I went to this year. Has classics like La bomba and Para no verta mas

in my defence I was extremely drunk (hotels with free alcohol aren't such a good idea!) and looking for something to do after stealing some German's sun lounger thing.

What?
12-11-2001, 02:29 AM
I'm pretty ashamed of my whole collection except for Glad All Over.
PJ & Duncan, Take That, East 17, Upside Down, Spice Girls, North And South, Chelseas Blue Day etc..

Steven Baxter.
12-11-2001, 02:51 AM
A whole litany of shame comprising:

P&J Duncan - Psyche
Ralph McTell - Silver Celebration
Chas and Dave - Street Party

And Morton Feldman/Samuel Beckett 2 - quite possibly the worst piece of recorded music in history.

I thought I was being intellectual (about the Chas and Dave, I mean)
