Watford (h) Saturday 12th January 3pm

I'm very irregular when it comes to buying Palace tickets, so can someone fill me in here?

I tried buying tickets for this match online just before Christmas and again today, and there doesn't appear to be any button I can purchase with. The "Choose seats" and "Quick seats" buttons are greyed out.

Are we still waiting for these to go on general sale? Also is there a scramble to get these sort of tickets? Would I be better buying a membership or should I be fine waiting for general sale?

You need to log in on the ticketing site (top right corner). When you are logged in, in the top right corner it will say "Welcome, (your name)"

Then the choose seats option won't be greyed out

Cheers, but it didn't quite work. I got logged in to an old account but the buttons were still greyed.

I gave the club a phone and it seems that I do need a membership for these tickets and they aren't likely to go on general sale.

Also it looks like its restricted viewing again for me

Apologies, assumed you were a member.

Scifo. Check your PM's

You'll be able to see a master class in rotational fouling.

Thanks anyway. I signed up for membership and got 2 seats together which I really needed.

They're restricted viewing though. Last time I went to a Palace game it was the same and you do miss out on a lot of the match, but I really needed 2 together.

Glad you got sorted.

Their support should get the same for being an absolute set of *******s with a weird obsession over us and Zaha.

Now on general sale, no membership needed, 4 per person.

Genuine question. Arthur Wait tix for Watford are £38 yet they're £45 for Fulham. Are we now saying that Watford aren't the mega-London-attraction that they were last season?

I think they have a policy of having a certain number of matches per season classed as category A. Fulham got promoted and I suppose were an obvious choice being a London derby, so they were able to re-classify one of the others to cat B and they chose Watford.

Watford aren't London. They should be treated for ticket purposes like an average out of town team.

Agreed, but they’ve been classified as Category A in recent years. I think the Palace promotional material referenced a ‘London derby’.

Eddie’s explanation seems right although I would still argue the toss with Palace that there needs to be a specific quota of Cat A games. When Spurs, Arsenal & Liverpool all get relegated, does Bournemouth become Cat A by default?

Will be a fantastic win if we can just do this, looking at the other fixtures in the Prem this weekend a win will put us in a very strong position.
