We all know it is something as a professional sportsman he should avoid, but these are Footballers who today are a law unto themselves so impossible for a manager to reprimand, so how does he stop it.
Having said that he could have been doing something a lot worse like cocaine etc, unfortunately managing a football team today isn't only about getting it right on the pitch, it is also being able to become nanny off the pitch to many spoilt overpaid under performing brats.
