Sadly an opportunity to make a good day even better was spurned by Hamlet today. With leaders Billericay otherwise preoccupied with The FA Cup, a win at Staines Town would have seen Hamlet go top. Unfortunately, despite Nyren Clunis giving us the lead it finished 1-1 which not only saw Dulwich miss out on going top but slide down 2 places to 4th.

It's still close at the top but you get a bad feeling about teams like Billericay who keep managing to finish the day in an even better position without even playing. Anyway, it's home to Harlow on Tuesday. Leiston & Hendon are also playing but if results go our way, top spot by the end of the evening is feasible. Sadly, Billericay are replaying this afternoon's fixture so with their luck they'll probably stay top in an even stronger league position. I'm developing a strong dislike for them without ever having watched them. The bastards.

As it stands...
Code:
1 Leiston 11 7:4:0 21-9 25
2 Billericay Town 9 8:0:1 26-7 24
3 Hendon 13 8:0:5 28-13 24
4 Dulwich Hamlet	12 7:3:2 20-11 24
5 Harrow Borough	13 6:3:4 20-17 21
6 Wingate & Finchley	13 7:0:6 17-17 21
7 Staines Town 13 5:5:3 30-19 20
8 Kingstonian 14 6:1:7 19-27 19
