Obviously a rb ;p I haven't seen Dumbuya play but it sounds like he would be a good choice from the write ups on here. Sakai, however, could be another to look at, though both Santos and Arsenal are looking at him as well. Could be a hard sell getting him to Palace over those two (as much as I hate to admit it).

Shutdown Neymar effectively when Santos and Kashiwa played, they had to switch Neymar to the other side to get him to score. Sakai can play hard-man football as well as skillful football. He is tall 184cm (6 foot), strong and quick. One of the best parts of his game is his ability to attack down the flank and cross.

Might cost a bit much though, with the attention he is grabbing. The gooners must have scouts in Japan, they seem to know about players from there rather quickly.
