That interviewer was a gigantic, towering arsehole of the first order. Wilf didn't know what to say and did well under the circumstances. Dougie was absolutely outstanding* and basically told the interviewer to go and choke on a fattie and that Wilf's not going anywhere unless Dougie himself thinks it's a good idea. Marvellous fayre.

Money-bags clubs will have their purchasing power greatly reduced with the introduction of the Financial Fair-Play Rules and just maybe football will lose the monopoly that the rich clubs now enjoy both on and off of the field and clubs like Palace will have a better chance of retaining their rising stars of which Wilf is a shining example.

Palace have the potential to stay in the Premiership once we get there and we are a great choice of club for young players to join as we will give them game-time if they are good enough.

Well done Wilf what a season you and Palace are having.
