I have a lot of time for Wigan and for Whelan and Martínez, so am delighted with the result and their sensational form of late.

It is a testament to patience and having belief in your structures and how you want to play the game. Even when losing eight on the spin, Wigan remained calm and kept playing terrific football. They are now reaping the rewards under a fine young coach, who laid the foundations for the fabulous stuff that Swansea play.

Moses has been in sparkling form. I'm more convinced than ever that he will secure a big move in the summer. Of course one respects his decision to play for Nigeria, but it's a huge shame for England that Moses isn't available. England simply don't have a player like Moses available to pick.

Not strictly true. He has been ruled out by Wenger NOT the official FA medical team.

Big difference as well all know about Wenger's 'porky pies' regarding players injuries.

Gutted, sad, devastated..its been a test mentally for me this season and it will continue to be tough until I am back out on the pitch..

My ankle is good, I just have a few niggles and having been out so long I will not be fit enough for the Euro's!

I hope England can do well and bring home the cup! I will be watching and cheering the boys on like a proper england fan!

They weren't dissapointed when Our Lord St Steven Coppell arrived and took us to 3rd in the league, an FA Cup Final etc etc playing long ball.
